Behavior and limits

Apply supports add, remove, replace, move, copy and test, with 500 operations and 80 input nesting levels. Generation replaces changed arrays as a whole. Invalid steps stop the job without changing your input. Removing the entire root is rejected because it has no JSON output; replace it with null instead.
